My Williams failed its Mot, and has a braking efficiency of 3% on the handbrake.
I have tensioned up the cable but can still drive about on the handbrake.
I had a quick look at it, and the caliper slider doesnt move on the passenger side.
How do you get the slider out of the caliper? guess you have to disconect it and then rebleed it?
