Which manifold

Which exhaust manifold and down pipe are best for my car I have chipped and cammed williams lump. Am i better of with these parts from the williams (tubular style) or valver (cast style).

put a valver one on it. better flow if i remember right

valver manifold isnt the best. it is good for low down torque, but anything above 70mph and the design isrestrictive, its heavy, its ugly its rusty... and its cast iron...pah

stick to willy manifold
supersprint are ok.. but have design flaws leading to breaks and are a swine to get the downpipe off and on again.

LOL at design flaws, supersprint are the way to go, but they are a cunt and a half to seperate if the engine etc has to come out at any point
