Top man IMO. My bits have always arrived and in good condition.

If he says theres a problem with the courier, then theres a problem with the courier.

Give paul a ring and find out whats going on. Give him the chance to explain whats going on (or not) he'll deal with it personally to make sure your completely happy.

Yes, pretty much.

Next time you go into any garage, take a look on the wall, they usually are covered in certificates of merit, training, awards etc..etc. I reckon they buy them off ebay or print them in house. The car industry has the poorest after sales and service levels of any I have come across and its getting worse. The yanks vote with their wallets, the Brits and French just seem to put up with it :?

Im sorry about the cock up with these sensors, you will have received them by now no doubt?

I told you on the phone that if we had had another set in stock, I would have mailed them to you straight away and dealt with the courier cock up myself at a later date.

However we didnt, so I had to wait for the others to come back. You will also note I didnt charge your card until I knew they would be with you.

Paul

Just to point out my previous comments were not aimed at you but, my experiences as a whole, generally it appears that you are considered reliable by the majority of those that post here

Yes got these and paul did apologise for the delay (parcel service)
Sorry i dnt check the card so didnt know u hadnt charged until these were sent.

I would use Infinicar again.................. so Paul dnt take offence to me putting up a post regarding this. Im certain that if I was supplying you parts you would have been a little concerned after 2 weeks to.

PS......I use ANC for my delivery and there service is A1. 1set price for parcels upto 10KG.
