Martin popped over last night with his new willy 2!

Glad to say it gets the Dannyt (would be gaz and northy) seal of approval if they were there!

Cars in good condition for the money.

Exterior - arches/sills, bottom of doors etc are all good! However wheels need refurbing but most do!

Interiors clean and complete!!! ;-) The rev counter is a bit out, like Gaz's used to be, how did u fix that gaz?
Also speedo seems to work on and off, so could be a loose connection or bad earth, any other ideas why? Outside temp doesn't work, any ideas? Other than that, all interior clean and well maintained! Electrics windows, lights, mirrors, heaters all work!!!

Engine - needs a service as runs a bit hot on both oil and coolant but otherwise good!

Overall an absolute bargain or a williams 2, with a bit of work, it will be up there with the rest! Congrats mart, you've done well pal!

While we are on the subject could any stnd willy owners comment on the height of mine at the front..I'm suspecting I have snapped/wrong sprins as it seems too low and bouncy...

Yeah, looks fine to me. If it's a bit bouncy, that sounds like the shocks are knackered and can't control the spring springing! Would also mean the shocks are sagging, which would compress the sring a bit. In theory, anyway, although I'm probably completely wrong :?

right apart from teh bit about the shocks sagging and holding up the spring, that bits just pure fiction :D

Zollo

Aye, that's the bit I thought would be bollocks :P . Was just trying to give a reason for the lower ride height, although it looks alright to me anyway!
