Small hole in top of rad is letting air in to the system, and obviously draining the system to that point, about an inch down from the top of the rad, tis only a small hole.

Should I use rad weld on it? wud this damage anything else on my coolant system, and will it be ok for trackdays??

dont use rad weld

use Leak Fix, its a paste you mix like Chemical Metal, available from any Motor World, it will seal it proper mate from the outside and it wont leak at all, used this with my last car and it was brilliant

Tweeks do a product called quicksteel, its a putty you mould together similart to what brun suggested, personalyl i'd use a new/2nd hand rad tho
