remote stereo?

Just a quick one, i have a sony head unit, can it be made compatible with the volume/tuner stalk behind the steering wheel?

If so, would it be a cheap job at a hi-fi shop?

not sure tbh mate, the compatability is very model specific, only certain companies provide adaptors for certain models so think u may have to talk to sony?i looked into this for my old chameleon (JVC) before it got nicked n was a no go.
