had to cutr an inch off the top o/s bolt as teh avos are skinnier then the std ones and it was hitting somrthing on the other side, apart from that straight swap.....do you remember the trick i told you about for the bottom o/s bolt and fuel tank

whats the trick lunner, coz me n gav had the same problem on the 5 when we were puttin that back together!!!

jack car up on jack point, put axle stand under the trailing arm then lower the car SLOWLY till the arm goes up to where there a gap big enought to get the bolt out!

the joys of owning a impact gun lol took 2 secs to get mine off

I also have an impact gun, but its a cheapie one and only goes up to 176Nm

see trick is to of had em off before when you turn your top mounts over in an effort to preserve the totally badgered bushes untill you can afford new shocks! :wink: that way they come off no worries with a normal socket set n ratchet! 8)
