Anybody ever had it done? I reckon it should be fairly simple just making sure nobodys tried doing it and failed.
Matt
why would you want to, 4x100 is the most common and almost every wheel comes in that fit
winston used convertors or summit for his five stud porsche wheels, totally revirsible n all if u decide u want proper wheels again!
so is swapping back to using the std holes
Can't see why it woudn'rt work, as long as there is sufficent space on the hub between the holes....and it obvously isn't a massive amout bigger so it will physically fit on the surface available
 sometimes....well most of the time.....i dont tend to think!

Goin to 4x108 Ford pattern so I can fit my alleycats on hopefully it should all work out OK.
Matt
use hub adaptors have them made up
use hub adaptors have them made up
....or instead you could just throw your money in the bin
Cheaper to get the hubs re-drilled and tapped than getting hub converters made up lol

Hub converters will space the wheels out more aswell which means i'll seriously have to roll the rear arches.
I need to take the fronts off to do the bearings anyway so i'll get em done while doing that. Need to get new disks and have those redrilled aswell.
