Just been watching this on sky|Two........testing top speed of cars.......driver is fully race suited up and helmetted.....presenter sat next to him in just normal clothes.....WTF is the point????

They put a backbox on a car and claim it gives 0.3 seconds up the strip.....no you just got a better start that time mate

They make an old ford try to go faster....sothey dont' strip it...they weld a big hook to it, hire a crane, and spoin teh rear wheels up and drop it to the ground

lol i caught the last bit of that last week where they put the filter on and sent it up the strip, it mentioned next week was a backbox to make it go faster :roll: hmm yeah rite :lol:

They were going on that if the bore is too big it will make it go really slow cus it has no back pressure....true to an extent.....but the manifold creates most of the back pressure
