looks a bit lower at the front too, i think mine was just lowered using springs, was done before i had it. It's not the smoothest of rides at all

Mines about 50mm ish at the front with torsion bar done to match

*Be warned though, my sills, exhaust and nearly my sump have scraped over speedbumps in the past, so if you want your car to actually be practical think about that first

i was thinking 40mm as i need it to be practical, apex do a 35mm spring dont they? i might jsut get the springs that do the top mounts and the wishbone bushes, should be better then!

lol for a road car to be that low your tempting fate! ie sump break, exhaust scrapes, back box scrapes piercings, sills, ..

lowest i would go is 30 mm

so either 30mm ir 35 mm at the most? i want it to look good, but handle better if you get me, i would have it highered if it ment it would handle better!! :D :D

To be fair i've caught a sill once (before they were resprayed) and my exhaust once, both over unavoidable speedbumps. Considering how low it is I don't have much trouble.

Guess it depends what area you live in as well- there arn't many speedbumps round here so i'm lucky- you might not be so lucky!

My car is lowered 55 on springs and shocks at the front, and torsion bar lowered about 65mm? (need to raise it abit)

it a harsh ride, and the exhaust catches everytime on speed bumps

oh and it struggles to get on the MOT ramp without the exhaust catching lol

am silly low and it suffers on bumpy roads, and i cracked my sump recently! personally i like scott low at the front and rear about 2 notches lower on the torsion bar than scotts! 8)

mines lowered 35 at the front....seems 2 be a good height, think it catches abit on the archs on full lock wen on bumpy roads....

geezers recons we lowered the back about 70 :? its stupidly low lol

iv managed sum pretty high speedbumps 2day.....just drive over them slowly and at an angle

mine used to belowered stupidly at the back and 50mm at front.

it would skip the back end out and also constantly fixing my exhaust from knocking it, ts a pain in the ass.

if roads were flat i would lower to decent low levels..lol.. but at themo my car is on 172 cup springs front and standard williams height at the rear...on valver shockers..

camber bends bumps are no problem forme... no rally car is lowered..lol.

imo lowering is for chavs and winston LOL ;-)
