noticed a bit of smoke when i opened her up.

normally its very clean out of the zorst.

should i be worried?

as soon as i saw it, i took the foot of, and it went.

never been much higher than that before.

Hmmmm

Mine droppes a plume of smoke out now and again on over-run, I think it's a breather issue on mine, but smoke on throttle could mean HG??

will have to have a look and take her up there again, think i wasnt flooring it, sort of took me by surprise when i looked in the rear view mirror.

id rather know for sure, than pussy foot about and keep her under a ton.

Was it white smoke?

My RSi did this @ around 115mph, was obviously flat out, i got a shock when i looked in the rear view mirror. I backed off and it went, there was no loss of power or anything. This also happened on my other RSi.

There have been no lasting effects, the older RSi did a further 30K miles with no problems, and still runs fine :)

Not happened on the Willy yet, but the way things are going with it, i expect that something horrible is going to happen :?

ive just checked the fluids, all ok.

propably need to add gunnerchip and catback exhaust and see what happens at 110.

i reckon its not serious. fingers crossed.

If it only happens at 110, stick to 70 and you'll be fine then!

see if it does it again and make sure the roads clear.

Had a 19 16V in with this issue, 80 - 90 in 3rd it would pish out white smoke, then the brake were gone, had to pump for a good 30 seconds to get he brakes back.

Was fine when it wasn't ragged.

Servo and master were fecked.

my mate mentioned that when booting it my hybrid chucks out white smoke, checked the fluids and thier ok,yet another mystery problem to be solved.
