I assume you aven't read my recent PAS thread then? :wink:

I'm sure mine is getting too hot and that's why it's spewing out the lid on trackdays and then causing severe graunching noises from the pump.

Well, basically it gushed out the top of the cap and spewed fluid all up the underside of the bonnet and down teh wing. Now it doesn't sound happy even though it's above the min marker.

Looks pretty easy to plumb this cooler in. I'll prolly do it and find out it doesn't help. :roll:

Well, I've had a look and I reckon it's possible to mount it just in front of the rad below the bumpers cross member. Routing the pipes would be the issue.

Where does the return pip connect to that comes in to the reservoir? Is it just below the brake master cylinder that there's a connection?

Dunno tbh....the PAS system routing on the RSi was different as teh resovoisr was ont eh cross member and not had the valver apart that much yet.

I know i stole them off somone one here
