Hi
The wheels were a bit corroded some places, so i sanded the down with corn 240 sandpaper. And then i used some kind of sponge with very fine sandpaper on it (it is important that the surface is completely smooth). Afterwards i polished them on a clothpad with polishing wax on it. The clothpad is mounted on an electric motor fixed to a tabel (makes polishing much easier compared to using a drilling machine).
The you use Autosol or similar to remove the wax, and give it the last finish (requires some effort).
You can get the stuff here. (It is good for both alu and stainless).

Buffing machine:

Wax:

(You need wax special for either alu or stainless)

Cheers for your comments guys.
