Compression Test

After a bit of worry on todays midland meet i reckon i want a compression test to either piss me right off or set my mind at rest! :D

craig mentioned going round a few garages n gettin them to do it for me, but i still rekon i cud get dodgy answers so neone near sheffield got a test kit, save me buying one?! :wink:

oh n whats the tolerances/decent result to expect?!

iirc mate it was somewere in the region of 160psi per cylinder, not 100% sure on that, cant remember were i saw it lol

ive got one in alfreton derbyshire aswell mate

full throttle cranking should give 150-200 psi on standard pistons/cam set-up.

main concern is that all four are more or less equal.
