Im toying with the idea of having the wheels on my Willy 3 re-furbed as they have been kerbed a fair bit by the previous owners. Any idea wheres best to get this done guys and what sort of money we're talking.
All ideas and advice will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.
Smithy.

your looking at £250 for a proper job. pro clean dont laquer the lip. im using spit and polish soon, meant to be very good.

I used spit and polish several years ago, straight after I bought the car...lasted about 2 years then the paint started to develop little bits of crazying...they also painted them with the centre caps still in place!!! Idiots! So made them do it again...

They churn out a lot of wheels now so I'm guessing the quality has improved. Or at least I hope so.

Yup I agree, it can be hit and miss with them but I was really pleased with mine too. Here's a pic of them after they were done.

They give you the option to have them lacquered but I chose not to. I just use an alloy polish every 2 months and they come out perfect.
