defo more than 3k. For 3k you cant get much more than 200bhp imo!

Is it possible to shoe-horn a Renault V6 into the mk1 engine bay? Or one of the tuned Honda VTEC 2.2L? Or a nitrous tuned Beemer 4-cyl?
In any case, I am sure it won't be cheap to get big N/A power from a clio engine bay space.

I would have thought you could get 280bhp on an F7R engine, without forced induction, but it certainly wouldn't last long! Bike throttle bodies and plenty of NOS would do it surely?

You could run a F7R up to 280bhp n/a but it would cost about 5 times as much as £3k and would probably need 3000 mile rebuilds.

Ive NEVER quoted a specific power figure for my engine (i generally dont quote predicted power)....other than a rough figure of 220-230bhp which is realistic given the spec. i wondered why dan asked for my spec earlier! i even told him then circa 230bhp!
so please, less of the piss taking in my direction...i aint done nothing or nothing :lol:
and the 3k was maybe for parts alone. a similar spec full build is gonna be over double that.
