Going go to buy the gearbox one is it? as i'm replacing all the mounts. Requested part numbers elsewhere on forum but i have a few questions.

Has anyone fitted one?

Straight fit, no drilling holes etc?

Worthwhile?

I have one, wasn't a straight fit due to me having ABS.

Got mine fitted at LTR

On my car I reckon its not worth it, didn't make a massive difference to mine, unlike martins, it went a bit better after I fitted a new dog bone, could be because my other 2 mounts are crap or because I have cams and martin doesn't so doesn't rock as vigorous

I reckon mine needs a new dogbone it does'nt feel as solid as it did...but I did notice a difference when I had the 19box/mount done

I'm replacing all mounts anyway and don't have ABS so don't have that worry.

I'll give it a go can't hurt as i'm running decent power so a extra mount can't hurt.

Anyone got pics of where it goes?

Havn't even had a look underneath yet to see if its apparent where it goers.

rob - why does it appear that there is a great big gap between the rubber mount and subframe?? lol

i have one and its reduced alot of movement, and actually helped save my box when the top mount snapped again, my car has thing think about breaking mounts alot, changed each one about 2-3 times over now!! :x

richy, if your breaking mounts all the time, maybe your engine isn't aligned correctly?

ive re-aligned it, measured everything as it says in dialogys etc, not been as bad, got almost 12month since last did it but noticed other week my dogbone mount(which was brand new) is bent!! lol

drives me mad everytime it breaks a mount lol right pisser!

northy, my subframe was off at the time when i did mine, but im sure if u lowered the subframe or even took top box mount off/loose it will go, only problem is u have to move pas pipe(well i did due to solid type) but ive seen some williams/valvers with flexi type!

rob - proberly was just loose at time, just mine is tight up against subframE
