no dip/ fusebox???

anyone shed some light on my lil problem. got williams 3, i got no dip headlights, (side, main beam and front fogs work ok). i checked the fuse on the fuse box and there aint 1 in there!! 2 things come to mind, 1st there is a code on the fuse box and there is a similar number on the cover/fuse id and they dont match up. Other thing im thinking is that the previous owner has been playing with the wiring??
ive attatched some pics (i hope)! according to the cover the dip fuse is from the top: 2nd row, in the middle. Only theres no metal pins to hold fuse.

You sure it ain't a knackerd stalk. They have a habit of dying...

Confused with the fuses though...

seems to be working cause the dip light comes on when i turn the stalk?

anyone got a williams that can check the number on the fusebox and the number inside the cover to see if they match up.
