Rear Beam on Axle Stands

Is there anywhere I can put the axle stands so that it loads up the rear suspension but I can still remove the wheels?

I can't get access to any ramps this week but want to bleed me brakes (see other thread).

you could make a jig up to compress the torsion bar that bolts to the wheel and you turn a nut on a threaded bar to load it ?

could you jack the car up as high as you could go - then lower it slightly onto some blocks of wood (keeping the wheel on)

then u should be able to get under it quiet easily ???

yeah but then u have to do both front and rear too....

Doh.

Will see if I can get to it with the car on the ground. Chris on F7 said to tie the bias valve open while I bleed it.
