why do my brakes have hair dryers?

the only reason i asked was as said b4, ive never seen what a horn looks like before :) and i jacked it up yesterday and wondered what the hell that thing was. :)

check the haynes, somthing to do with fuel vapour from the petrol tank, mines removed as its weighs cira 5kg with the bracket :lol:
