This guy says the engine started to knock after he bought it. Took it for an MOT to have the knocking investigated and they said the crank has slight pitting around the big end shells, all that from an MOT :? So for a TEMPORY measure he had new big ends put in :? Surely that would fix it?

I dont get it :?
