View Full Version : My Mk1 Valver RT Hybrid

Sourced a valver lump including the subframe and suspension and dropped it in my former 1.4rt = Fast as fook!
So far its got a full magnex system, chipped ecu and a standard airbox with an ITG filter.
waiting to go in: ported and polished cylinder head and high lift cams!

Looks good mate, but as I said on CS I think it would look so much better on 15's.

BTW mate, how has the conversion affected your insurance? Is it about the same/more/less in comparison to what it would be for a valver?

Yeh i had a look at doing that! the alst time i checked they were £150+vat EACH from renault! :cry:
put me off a bit, but of the the arches needs replacing does anybody know of anywhere i can get them cheaper?? vlaver arches that is!

imo £150 per arch is a cheap :shock: i wouldnt get pattern parts either
