any good 10w40 is more than sufficent for the F7P engine. Comma lite, shell helix etc etc etc

if you give your car a bit more of a thrashing or do track days and 1/4miling then maybe better to go for a 5w40 fully synth oil, such as silkolene pro s etc.

you will need just over 5 L's for a full oil and filter clean. rememeber to use some oil to flush thru with before filling it up again!

As above really mate, I use Shell Helix 10/40 semi, good stuff! Stay clear of Mobil 1 and GTX magnatec

get yourself onto opie oils website and ask for entry to the members section, mention your a club member

i use Fuchs Titan Supersyn 5W-40 which is one of the best fully synthetics you can buy and its at a really really good price, especially at the moment as its on offer

get one of the Purolator filters aswell, im impressed with mine
