Its amazing i've never done this - I've had a mobile contract every year for the last decade but I've never not renewed after 12 months!

I'm assuming if you don't re-upgrade its just on a month to month basis?

The phone I fancy on that T-Mobile Flext isn't out yet but will be soon but after my contarct runs out..

I know this is right but I like double checking!

Nope, they are not allowed to take it as granted unless it's in your terms and conditions.

You have to give them a months notice if you are over the 12 month period, thats it

I'd read my terms and conditions but with moving house recently I have absolutely no idea where anything is!

Surely if its a standard Orange contract what your saying will go? I just have to give them a months notice?

Pretty sure of it mate. Ring them up and query it. 99% of the time they will give you the same/better deal as they dont like losing customers
