Have a look at the fuel pump could be on its way out, or connections loose.
Its under the rear seats with a plastic cover over it.

o rite kool. so when u changed your ht leads... did u have take them off from the fuel pump all the way to the front of the engine?

HT leads have nothing to do with your fuel pump mate, they go from your distributer to the spark plugs...

erm ht leads are only in the engine bay

lolz but then say if i replaced the old ones with new spark plugs and also new ht leads and it stil kept jerking then that would be a waste of money. if it was the spark plugs would i be able to see some damages like a crack or anything to show that the spark plug is messed up?

Get a haynes manual

Take spark plugs out and check them and compare with the pics in teh haynea to determine if theya re ****ed or not, spark plugs aren't expensive and are a regular service item so swapping them won'r be a waste of money, mine gets new ones every 6k when it gets an oil change.

Check to see if teh HT leads are flexable, they shodl be really soft and easily bendable, if not they are ****ed.

The jerking you have said coudl be from any number of things. My advice woudl be a full servicem change oil, plugs, check HT leads, new dizzy cap and rotar arm, new fuel filter. If that doesn't solve it start looking into other things like fuel pump etc

the loose connection was in the engine bay. all i did was take out the spark plug leads from the engine and blew it abit just to clean the inside of the leads and then forced the leads back in the engine so it was tight and now its doing great.

its the lambda sensor ****ed if it jerks aint it?

mine does the same thing but dont make no noise.it jerks when i acclearate and when i let off but mine is partly to do with dodgy mounts even thou i replaced them all.
