They are pretty good....sure a few peeps on here have used em before and recommend them...quite expensive though are they not? How much u paying?
£277 all told, this includes carridge from north of scotland plus fitting and balancing of tyres so not TOO bad :?
very recommended.
but yeah cost a bomb iirc
i just send mine to our local one, JP coatech at carnoustie. get on well with the guy that runs the place, and they do a good job. prob wouldnt tust them to get the speedline gold code right tho....glad slag is the way forward!
Has anyone on here desiphered the Speedline code yet?
opening a can of worms with that one iirc.
northy knows i think.
ive seen pauls (williams-3) williams 3 which had the wheels done by pristine iirc (colin - saxo_vts know owns it) and they look spot on.
i have no idea what the code is, but apparently powdercoating them causes the colour to be wrong! too dark or summat! :?
its a hard one to get spot on imo!
im saying no more.
HeHe - Well heres hoping they get mine right
Talking about northy, how hard is he to get a hold of, signed up to the membership bit a few days ago, and he ain't taken any payment yet, tried emailing him, no joy so far
keep quiet mate.
he may forget about it!!!!!
im sure he will get it soon. its the weekend, im sure he will be scraping every penny together, and raiding the WC piggybank!!! hehe

The code is easy to find, but is it any good outside Italy? From what I've read so far I understand it's not an international code.
Genuine Speedline colour. Code: AKZO Nobel 7E81208
its in this post as well!

Don't think they will be able to recognise it as it doesn't correspond with any codes in the UK.

I got a full set for my clio 3 months ago from Renault. You get 16 nuts and a set of locking nuts with 2 keys for £40 IIRC
Part number - 77 01 410 262
ive also seen those refurbs above in the flesh, they are good, but the colour is wrong, too light, compared them next to mine which are still original.

Hope this helps with wheel colour but find a decent paint mixing place and ask for subaru fuji wheel gold 2, its the same colour as the whilly speedlines.
